When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from us
You will receive an automated order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order
This acknowledgement does NOT constitute acceptance of your offer
A contract is only formed when we dispatch your goods and send you a dispatch confirmation
We reserve the right to decline any order before dispatch

3.2 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If products become unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund for any payment made.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Prices

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable
Delivery charges are additional and will be shown before you complete your purchase
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed
If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order

We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any offers, discount codes, promotions, or special pricing at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, and are subject to individual terms and conditions which will be communicated at the time of the offer.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery Terms

Delivery times and costs are outlined on our Delivery page
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and are subject to stock availability
Title and risk in the goods pass to you upon delivery
You must provide a valid delivery address and contact details

5.2 Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address details provided by you, or if you fail to accept delivery, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Your Statutory Rights: If you are a consumer (buying for personal use, not business), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason. This is in addition to your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.

6.1 Cancellation Period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your goods to notify us of cancellation
To cancel, email us at info@purpleparsnip.com with your order number and confirmation of cancellation
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us

6.2 Condition of Returned Goods

To receive a full refund:

Goods must be returned in their original, unused condition
All original packaging must be intact and undamaged, including any shoe boxes
Labels and tags must still be attached
Items must not show signs of wear or use

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 What We Refund

We will refund the price you paid for the product(s)
Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty or we made an error
You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us unless they are faulty

7.2 How to Return Items

Package items securely to avoid damage in transit
Important: Do not attach shipping labels directly to shoe boxes. Please place shoe boxes inside another protective box or suitable packaging
Shoe boxes are considered part of the product – damage to boxes may affect your refund eligibility
Keep your proof of postage until we confirm receipt and processing of your return

7.3 Return Shipping Responsibility

You are responsible for the safe return of goods to us. We recommend using a tracked delivery service. Purple Parsnip will not accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit when being returned by you.

7.4 Processing Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5-10 working days for refunds to appear in your account

7.5 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods:

We will arrange collection or provide a prepaid returns label
We will provide a full refund including original delivery costs, or send a replacement
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings
We do not warrant that product descriptions are completely accurate or error-free
If a product is not as described, you may return it in accordance with our returns policy
